TD SYNNEX team ready to support partners on changes to CSP incentive plans

Microsoft has now introduced some limitations on the amount of incentives CSP partners can claim on certain volume agreements – and while the changes won’t affect many partners, the TD SYNNEX team is ready to support any partners that have questions about the changes.

► Small number of volume contacts will be affected

► TD SYNNEX team ready to answer your questions

The changes implement incentive earning caps on combinations of seat based Modern Work and Security SKUs covered by the Microsoft Commerce Incentive programme. Each product category has its own maximum earning opportunity per customer that is set once a year.

Few partners will be affected – but those that are, will need to be aware of the changes, said Deborah Sweeney, Business Manager – Microsoft Modern Work at TD SYNNEX. ‘The changes won’t apply to many customers, but it’s important that all CSPs that might be impacted know about and are aware of them. Where action is required, we will be making sure that they are, and contacting the partner concerned directly. And, of course, we will be happy to assist any partners that have any questions.’
