Xerox has updated its leading range of A4 multi-functional printers, making a number of additions designed to appeal to today’s small and hybrid workgroups and to meet the growing demand for more sustainable and secure office printing.

The trio of new models – the VersaLink C415 and B415 Workplace Assistants, and the VersaLink C625 all come with built in security features and smarter ‘eco-intelligence’ features that keep energy consumption to a minimum. They meet Energy Star and Blue Angel standards and are rated EPEAT Gold in many countries. In addition, the casing is at least 25% post-consumer recycled plastic.
Available in colour or black and white, the VersaLink C415 models replace the popular C405 and B405. The new devices offer faster printing (up to 47 ppm) and scanning and with their lighter and more compact design are better suited to deployment in small office spaces or even in home working environments.
They also come with Xerox ConnectKey Technology, which automates workflows and keeps the printer connected to key systems. Deployment and management options are available and admins can also access sustainability information through Xerox’s Easy Assist App.
The C625 is a brand new product that offers even faster speeds and will support an even more demanding duty cycle. Like the C415s it is compact and lightweight but with its higher capacity, aimed at small to mid-sized teams of between five and 20 people. It will print at 53 ppm and is built to deliver up to 20,000 pages a month.
